Refreshing and informative. Easy to follow. Just right length of time for an introductory course.
I tried it for myself mainly to see the timing reqiured for taking the course but found it very interesting and forgot about the timing required. But all in all timing doesnt matter getting the manual handling training over to everyone in our work place is most important and this course certainly does that.
Easy to understand and follow
I found the presentation and length just about right - spending quite a long time learing about problems encountered by real people was a good way of getting the importance of the message over. I like the style and delivery of the presenter - he seems like the kind of bloke you'd ask for advice, friendly but authoritative. There was enough technical content to explain why things can go wrong. I'm not so sure that understanding the difference between a 'strain' and 'sprain' is very important at this level though - I got two questions on this in the test! Overall very good indeed!.
Ok..... But for people with no sound on their computer it's not very good, as you cant hear any of the video, addition of subtitles would be good.
I enjoyed the layout of the programme. I found it easier than other training methods.
Superb system, very easy to use, visually pleasing on the eye with excellent quality short videos. I particularly like the review component that allows for scores acheived, on the test section, to be viewed and recorded. The use of a printed certificate is a great idea and allows for employees to see what their respective scores were. All in all a very well rounded, useful training aid.
Very useful techniques to apply to any situation at work or at home.
Theb training programme was delivered in a clear and concise manner, was easily understandable, very informative and Interesting.
A very interesting and very helpful program with plenty of good and useful tips, also a very good induction aid for new starts in all areas of our business not just staff performing manual labour
