The on-line training was very good overall, easy to follow, language used was easy to understand, clear instructions and logical. I have undertake this type of training before when I was working at HM Revenue & Customs, I found this version much easier and clearer to follow with good visual instructions and clear precise language being used throughout. I felt the training/message was pitched at about the right level for this type of work.

A helpful guide, clearly and methodically explained that helps to reinforce what you already know but may have forgotten or don't take the time to think about before lifting what looks like it will be an easy load!
