Good much better at home
Very useful course. We all think we know how to lift objects and items however this course shows us that getting it wrong can end up causing untold misery from injuries which are preventable.
Overall, the course was easy to use and was very helpful. In my opinion, I think that some of the questions were a bit hard to understand for example the true or false or both question wasn't made clear resulting in getting one of the questions wrong but other than that it was very good and useful.
Straight forward course... When you want to go back to relook at something the next button wouldn't would so going back 3 videos had to watch all again. Apart from that great thank you
A good refresher following attendance at a practical session a couple of years ago.
