For what is required for every day tasks in an office environment or at home the course is very good. Though I did pick up on the part where a parcel was lifted from a shelf by someone up a step ladder. If on your own there was no real explanation on how you would get it from the ladder and especially if you couldnt put the parcel onto a lower lever from the ladder.

Every time I left the session and had to come back it would take me to the start and not permit me to toggle back to where I had been further along in the course. Other than that it was a great unit.
