Interesting and informative. Might have been good to test knowledge in sections rather than all at end.
Overall very good. When I got a question wrong during the presentation, I wasn't sure if I needed to go back and correct it, so I clicked back on the video. I then had to watch the whole video again to get it correct, but it made no difference towards the overall score.
Don’t take chances. Reduce risks where possible. A quiet word can defuse a bad situation
Good course and informative, also reminded me of the issues that we may become complacent around when we are working on our own.
i) The inaccurate description of Hackney carrige taxis as always being "Black Cabs" was a distraction from the course, as some authorities outside of London allow other vehicle types. ii) The questions appear to be a tad semantic and open to a false interpretation in this course, unlike other courses from iHasco which are clearer.
Useful to remind people of how to stay safe and the importance of doing so. Good tips on how to be an active bystander as well
It provided a lot of important advice and tips on keeping safe
