easy to follow
reminded me of things & already knew but I learned some things I was not aware of...they way the modules are set up is easy to follow & i liked the recap at the end...made me more aware that I need to watch my surroundings more & listen to my gut.
Excellent information and advice . It is probably something we all get complacent about and it's good to have a gentle reminder.

A great reminder to be mindful of the risks & the complacency that can creep in when you have been doing lone working for a long time

It is always helpful to be reminded of the risks we face and the dangers of becoming complacent - I liked the external links and the four D's around aggressive behaviour in particular.
A really good all round course with lots of information useful to keep me as an individual outside the workplace. However, the course might be better split to differentiate between those who's working is predominantly 'on-site' (accidents, injury, confined space...) and those who visit and interact with others. The latter part gets a great deal of information here but although useful to me personally it doesn't reflect my daily work.
The course was longer than necessary and covered a lot of common sense issues. It was very dry and not very engaging.
