Very good and practical training focused on safety and common sense approach the risks involved in using ladders with a great emphasis on how to use them using safe working practices.

Course talks about a lot of things that are not relevant to my job at the Pickering Station Shop. I will not be using any extending ladders.
Generally a good clear course with real practical advice. Only observation for improvement is that it mentions occasions when working off the platform of a stepladder may be ok if there are suitable hand holds but this is not visually shown, and could be easily missed,
