The course, while factual seemed to be a lot of talk by the presenter without many supporting slides and images. As such I was concerned that some folk following the course would be lost or might lose interest themselves.

Wrong name on the coarse my name is Lee Anderson not Lee Robinson
I recently attended a First Aid course and the new guidance for Nosebleeds is, to never pinch the nose, but leaning forward and letting the blood flow. Having an icepack is advised if possible. Might need to check with the NHS for guidance?

I accidentally clicked yes, instead of no, in answer to question 1 and it would be more accurate if one was able to correct before answers are submitted.

There was a lot of information in this course. I'm a teacher, and much of it was not relevant to me: I do not deal with sharps, and if there is a spillage my role it to move students away from it and call someone else to deal with it. I don't have access to cleaning materials, you have to get specific people for that. Also, there was a lot of information about specific threats (athlete's foot, Lyme disease) which are not relevant.
