It took longer than the stated time of 32 mins. Reading all of the relevant policies and viewing the forms to use was very helpful. I also liked the test at the end when it helped me see which question I had got wrong so I could learn from any mistake. This took me just under 2 hours to complete.
I found this course to be very easy to understand, all areas covered and the test at the end was also very straightforward
