The course is sub-divided into small segments, you can re-view any segment again if you didn't quite get it the 1st time. The speakers enunciate clearly, the pictures help. Really, there is no good excuse NOT to pass!

long winded, and not close to the time frame offered. the whole thing took 1.2 hours with the work load we are already doing. processing and doing a course for 1 hour is almost impossible.i had to spread this over a day
The duration was spot on. Plenty of relevant info without things dragging on. The multiple choice was good, as it got you to think. The answers were not that obvious.
Some of it was not relevant to me as a cinema volunteer. Nonetheless it was interesting and undoubtedly useful. Well presented and clear.
