Learnt a lot that I didn't previously know for example sign meanings & percentages of accidents, decibel requirements & how to avoid potential hazards.

was a good refresher for the memory
The content was relevant and covered all topics in a very logical and easy to understand manner. The only slight problem I found was with the sound quality at the start of some sections, particularly the fire section where there was no sound initially. However, this did not impair my understanding of the topic.
I found the course easy to access and found I was aware of things without realising it as you come across them in daily life
Good use of visual, listening & multiple choice questions to aid learning
Enjoyed training program. I have learnt not to just rush into thing like lifting, sitting at my desk etc taking working in a office for granted.
