Very repetitive.. training is always repetitive, and I appreciate that it's part of the trainers tool kit, but the iHasco training videos are next level on the repetition.

These are great to give you a gentle reminder for your own benefits. Thought would be boring but actually really enjoyed them.
Teaching and learning about how to take care more about your health and give advice to others is very helpful. We need to be mindful of how to take control of ourselves .
