Completed learning, got half way through test and was suddenly locked out of the test and told I need to start again. A colleague experienced something similar.
Not relevant to a manual profession and very outdated. There's a lot more science available now re: posture and psychology.
If we've passed before, we should only need a bullet point summary and a highlight of any changes...because we forget how to life things annually it seems...then back to the quiz. By all means if we then fail put us on a full course. And let us go back to being able to skip videos.....

One course would have been sufficient to cover all relevant areas. Not sure why there was 3 mandatory courses that kept repeating the same content. Complete waste of time.

Mainly my employers fault, but this video is just a hodge-podge from other training videos I'd alreayd had gto do - total waste of time.
Most of the content was common sense and could've been covered in 5 minutes. The content is boring an unengaging. I'd love the option to watch at 1.5 speed, or the option to take the test before watching the content
Very dry and boring. Some of the test questions were so obvious. Generic training which is not suitable to everyone so wastes time.
