worst course I have ever done
All could be done in store with a manager 1 on 1 signing off.
How could you make us suffer with more repetition of the monitor course, that was more than enough for anyone to lose the will to live and now more of the same. Again, too long, too repetitive and, for the most part, stating the obvious. Could be done in 10 minutes, maximum. Can't wait for the session so that I can waste even more of the time I don't have to do my proper job! Other than that, the talking was clear and the video was fine so it can have a star for that alone.
any one with any common sense can just move straight to the test save 48 minutes of your life

The subject matter is quite dry therefore the training should be improved to make it more engaging viewing 30 videos on the subject was mind numbing
This is self evident material almost exclusively - I frankly don't have time to watch incredibly slow, patronising videos of this nature. You can't even skip the videos and go straight to the test. Utterly dreadful
