Lacked interactivity which made it incredibly boring, the interface looked super old fashioned. Time I’ll never get back.
I found the course of extremely limited value for my role in NFU. A generic course, like this, serves to tick a box for NFU but could be so much more valuable if it was designed to suit my role in the organisation. Spending time explaining to me how to lift a box or what to do in the event that I discover a spillage in a workplace is not, in my opinion, a useful way for me to spend my time. Please don't assume from this that I am, in any way, against training. The truth is quite the opposite but I do expect the time I spend on CPD to be relevant, constructive and efficiently delivered.
I got one of the questions wrong in the test (the last one I believe) so clicked on the review course material. This meant I had to watch all the videos again, as I couldn't access the test until all the videos were ticked. Although I had watched all the videos once, this got reset and didn't let me watch only the one I wanted to review.
Boring, Long winded, patronising, jobsworths, bring back the days of common sense, god awful health and safety tripe I've heard a billion times before.
Content on DSE injuries duplicated from previous training video. Final test unnecessary; it would have been more informative to speak to an Ecctis H&S rep.
I could have successfully completed the test prior to doing the training. I don't think this course represents time well spent
I understand the importance however it's a very long and wordy course. Also the questions felt tricky and pitched to catch the learner out. Dislike
Childish method of presentation. Really annoying to treat professionals this way
The course content is probably quite good but I am profoundly deaf and the sound level on your video course is too low even with headphones at maximum volume. It also has no subtitles so is not deafness friendly.
Really felt like 48 minutes of trying to shoe-horn in every last possible thing an organisation could get in to trouble for not having "told" an employee, rather than a course designed to make people think about health and safety and come away a few, core, learnings which would stick.
