The course covered the things I need to know plus some that didn't impact specifically with my job
If these courses are mandatory, to save working time it may be better to offer the course firstly and then offer training if any of the areas have a failure against them. In my department there were quite a few people spending some time going through these courses. Just a Thought
It covered a little more than I needed to know about health and safety in the work place as I don't use computers . Found it very informative

Assuming no previous knowledge, this training is equally as good for participants who have no previous knowledge of H&S rules and procedures, and for those who ned heir knowledge updating and refreshing.
