Without a shadow of a doubt, this beats having a day taken up by face to face training! The programme was easy to use, informative, and convenient.
I am not sure of the point of having "number" questions in the test such as percentage of accidents caused by X. I think that this makes people try to memorise any numbers they hear instead of listening to the information.
