A great introduction and a worthwhile refresher to all levels. I would recommend that everyone takes this type of course at least once a year. Working in a busy modern office, a lot of the detail within this course can somethimes be overlooked, but with the help of this course, we can once again be confident in all of our actions, and be more mindful of the people around us.

I though this was a great training program. It was well set out and each section explained thoroughly without being made overly simple. I preferred that it was a real person presenting as opposed to a virtual one. I came away with a better understanding of H&S in general and particularly the differences in the safety signage.

Would really help if it did not freeze and take you back to the start Have had to complete more than once even though I had 100% pass

Can be completed at my own speed when I want to.

Nicely presented and easy to understand. A little dry at times and easier to complete in smaller chunks

lose attention span quite quickly watching someone just speaking. it needs more videos or actual site videos to keep interest. I..e a video of a fire and how this travel or using appropriate extinguishers to put out correct fires video or video on site of steps being used would be more entertaining and interesting rather than someone just talking through.

Creates an awareness to the hazards at workplace that is usually taken for granted.

Presenter was easy to understand and the course was simple to follow

Very good training one all people should attend. Maybe a bit about hotel rooms and aeroplanes would be useful.
