Easy to listen to and follow, very informative

I was glad i could go back and check on sections before i took the exam

Unfortunately while trying to complete this the programme kept jamming and at one stage jumped a whole section. This resulted in being unsure of the answer and got it wrong!

Good overview and summary of the health and safety basics

The information was clear and concise. The test was simple and the time length for the session was not too long.

Most of the target employees in my company are peripatetic - we are often (usually) either on client sites or visiting sites for a few days that we do not know. This training completely ignores such employees, it assumes I am working in the same place all the time. The only time I do that is when I am working from home, which is something else which is IGNORED.

I found it difficult to listen to the programme as the sound was very jumpy. I went back to the beginning several times and I ended up using the subtitles to complete this. The content of the programme was useful

A good basic programme for staff to learn about fire and health and safety. Thought the signage unit was well written.

An excellent intro to Health &Safety; essentials for employees with a range of tasks, working environements and previous knowledge. The training uses great visual tools including video and animation and the test and certificate helps ensure people pay attention and review areas where they may be weaker.
