Great content and easy to use, but found the time scale without interaction quite long.
I found this course to be a good overview of lots of different topics, but it was a bit repetitive after completing some of the other courses which were much more detailed and had sections replicated in this course.

Very informative and helpful and hopefully my management Team don't mind me having more breaks as its highlighted / reminded me that I am getting numbness and pins and needles in my hands and bum from sitting / working for too l;ong when I thought i was taking reasonable / sensible breaks! Also hopefully i can get a better chair as the back rest slips down(over time) even when locking device is fully engaged
A great course with lots of information but there is too much really to take in at one session.
A lot of repeated info covering courses already taken IE Fire awareness /Manual handling
