Very informative but you need to take the test after each segment not the whole video

Informative. Some elements are almost common sense and some are not particularly relevant to our role. It might be helpful to have a bullet point summary available as a refresher option

Online course should be accompanied by office info eg who is H&S lead, where accident book is, local fire safety info etc as otherwise we don't know how to apply some parts in practice

Wish you were able to peruse the materials instead of watching all then complete assessments as going through

I found this very repetitive as this covers so many areas from other courses

Our volunteers work on people's homes or work from home. The course assumed a work place environment like an office. It would be good to make the course slightly more inclusive of this.

I understand its general training, some of the unrelated sections were hard to pay attention too such as, office work. But I understand its covering a general basis. Overall, engaging and informative but not over the top.
