Ok but didn't tell me anything new.
Having done these courses so many times over the years, it all feels like repetition, so a faster, less time-consuming version, or an ability to skip videos (at one point I misclicked onto the rewind button by mistake and had to watch a 7 minute video all over again, with no ability to skip the content I'd already watched).
Waste of time making this course be mandatory as a lot of the content is covered in other courses which go into more in depth and useful detail. This seems excess having this course also be a requirement
been Dyslexic you are setting me up to fail due to no help on the question/test at the end, you have to read this part of the training and if you have any idea about this disability you know it puts you into a panic, course is not dyslexic friendly

A lot of the content is beyond common sense and when people have such busy lives and jobs, this is an unnecessary task to be added on. Make videos so can skip through if people require.
Course was to long for the bits I need for my job, spent alot of time talking about things that didn't come up in the questions
Electrical injury question answer could be heart, so not correct. Says indirect. Questions designed to catch out to a point where they border on incorrect. Factual questions are fine.
Unfortunately I don't feel an online course is best for this aspect of training, a face to face delivery model would be far better and engage staff to what is a very important topic.
Very boring and the way was structure I won't recommend it
