Easy to follow

I find these courses easy to understand and follow you can also rewind and listen again if and when needed. My only disadvantage is my computer is in a office with staff in and out, so it sometimes is difficult to be able to take all information in.

Good and professionally put together.

My interest in this course was primarily to find out it's usefulness in a retail convenience store environment. I can understand that all aspects of food must be covered but it would have been much more useful to have focused the training on what specifically relates to the retail situation. The Food Standards Agency Business Guide is an excellent resource and a course based in this would be much more useful and relevant to our situation.
