It was quite boring but easy to follow and understand. This course was clearly aimed at catering businesses and professional kitchens rather than a special needs school taking cookery classes. Would have been better to have some training on how to keep these hygiene standards when working with children etc
The videos was good, clear, straightforward and easy to understand. However, I feel there should be more activities/interactive questions to help remember the information considering there are 48 videos to watch and interest and can easily lost after some time.
Should have two boxes to select an answer in case of accidental touch of incorrect answer
The information provided ig good and informative. The length of all the courses is incorrect, doesn't account for reading additional information or replaying a video. On a different subject/course, not Food Hygiene, I found after getting a question incorrect and choosing to review the section I couldn't only review that section. I had to follow the whole course again to return to the test and start the test again even though all other answers were correct, this was made more frustration as it was the very last question I got incorrect. This was made this more frustrating as I knew the correct answer but I found the question misleading which is why I wanted to review the information. Having to go through every slide again has meant that when getting a question incorrect in this course I chose not to review the information otherwise I would have had to start again and follow every slide again. I think this element could be improved. Once I completed the test I looked to see if i could then review the information but it was not possible to review slides/videos. I think this would be useful. I also feel that some answers to questions asked on the test are not directly covered in the slides/videos and rely on making an assumption based on common sense, which is fine but I found myself trying to second guess how the course/test was expecting me to answer rather than going of my common sense instincts. Some questions I felt weren't relevant e.g. showing that I know who employs Food safety officers does not help to show that I have the knowledge needed to keep food safe for consumption. This review is relevant to all courses not just this one.
Too wordy
I found this course to drag on a little for me, as I've been a chef for 35 years and know the subject well. If you are new to this topic, this course would be a fabulous introduction to food hygiene and safety.
But v tedious....could be made better by interactive videos

course is good but would have been better if you could just answer the questions and not sit through every video
