Good reminder of things and clear presentations. Helpfully broken down into segments. Would be good if examples included those of us who are food handling in a very minor way - eg serve breakfast in a care home, lead a cooking session at an support group.
It would be nice if you also think of the smaller kitchens when doing the videos. We don’t all have the room for three different preparation areas, the sink space, the staff to do different tasks. Just saying.
This course, although just 70 mins long is factual and packed with so much information. It's easy to follow but keeps your interest, unlike many e-learning courses we are forced to endure in so called 'training'. I found it very helpful.
Although there are 14 main allergens there is potential for any food to be an allergen to some people and your course does not recognise this. Also you have no mention of HACCP
Probably a bit more involved than what's needed for the kind of food preparation being carried out within this service, but good to cover all areas.
This appears to be a course constructed for all abilities and educational levels and so the information is accessible to all working in this area; however the delivery can be slow.
Good course. Good idea to show pass rate.
A good course to raise and maintain awareness of food standards, hazards and best practices when storing, preparing and food catering for others.
The course was easy to follow and covered the necessary topics in enough detail. couldn't actually complete the final test as I went back to reread info about a question I had got wrong and was locked out of the test. I had already passed by then but did not get to answer all 20 questions.
