Overall good course, some of the sliders were a bit off, Sliders ending in the middle of sentence and probably missing something important.

It is really good, only one thing I would suggest is maybe having the choice to change your answer before continuing on to the next question, as some people might go to press one answer and press another by mistake (I call it fat fingers)

Presentation was good. Although I am not convinced in the effectivity of on line training, I am old school. Difficult when you have other messages coming through whilst answering questions. I did have a problem with my fingers and new that I had answered 2 question incorrectly but couldn't go back.
If food is your business then this is very relevant. If food is not your business (i.e. it's something you do now and again) this course is far too in-depth!
I experienced some glitches with videos, working on a iPad
2.1.3 Gloves section the audio & video did not finish, there seems to be a glitch in the video towards the end.
A good learning course.
