The training went into the types of germs / pathogens that grow or can be introduced into food that will spoil it or make it harmful. Although interesting, it was not needed for the test at the end or really required for a basic food hygiene information training, took a long time to read them all and was really not required. Other than that, informative and easy to navigate.

I want to first of all appreciate and thank the management for putting those research work together to impact and to educate the public on such an important issues concerning life. I say a big congratulation.The teaching methods are good so far. The students are given oral and written teaching. This enhances a better understanding.However, l suggest opportunity for questions from the students.Thank you Austin Nwobilor.
