Mostly easy to access.

A lot of detail about specific bacteria's which were interesting but fundamentally irrelevant. The end test didn't seem to cover the key details that the course went into.

Good but inaccurate

Although I understand and acknowledge that this is a food safety training, the assumption that the 37 C is the optimal temperature for bacterial growth, it is known that different microorganisms have different temperature optima. In addition, there has been reported cases of spoilage at low temperatures.Also it is incredibly inaccurate to categorise mushrooms as plants, they are fungi, as moulds. So that would need to be fixed.
