i would say that this training programme is both ideal to those new to this area and also to those who would benefit from a refresher, as all important aspects are covered without being too involved and drawn out
I actually enjoyed this training, it was clear, easy to understand and straight forward

Guidance is helpful and develops understanding of the subject. Easy to complete especially when you work in a busy environment where it is not always possible to go on training courses. Training over the internet is a good way to develop your knowledge yet allows practice to carry on as normal!
