A good overview of essentials.

The programme is easy to consume and professionally time managed. What is more, the information is fed in a nicely balanced way, which makes it memorable. And finally, the test at the end fits perfectly with the programme and the certificate prints off in colour.

The Training Programme was very easy to use, follow and understand. We may have had a technical fault, but the staff were very helpful even though it wasn't their fault. The problem was addressed and we were invited back over and completed our training.

Quick and simply to follow

An accessible programme, presented with straight forward prose and covering a wide area of knowledge. It may have been improved by not having the same person doing the explaining and by using more visual clips to keep the attention of the student.

Once again a very well provided reminder of the importance of food hygiene both not only at work but at home and elsewhere
