4/5
easy to use

Found the videos to quite "monotone" and I easily got bored by the voice, would of been more effective for me if there was an option to read the transcript rather than listen.

A good, interesting course

This course enabled me to reinforce my previous awareness and skills while allowing me to develop further knowledge and skills. I can now provide more information to the students I am teaching. Clear and interesting.

need to adapt?

course is useful and informative but when using one computer for multiple tests it would be helpful to be able to overwrite a candidates name on the certificate to print several names off

very good, comprehensive, clear

I was really impressed with the quality of this course, the detail it explored and the clarity with which the information was presented. Was very cross with myself for not getting 100% in the test! I have learnt a lot through the course. Thank you.

3 Stars

It was clear and easy to use hoever I am not sure one size fits all -many things in this module were only appropriate to catering organisations yet there are other areas I would have liked imn more detail e.g. Working in a confined area with limited resources. Issues specific to children e.g. using foods a child has not experienced before.
