Informative, clear and brief with good use of oral and visual mediums to get the message across.
I loved the experience. Its time saving and very convinient. However kindly try and reduce the background music. The volume is quite high and at times i would struggle to hear the narrator. Otherwise thumbs up!!

I found this programme informative and easy to understand. For those only needing cover in low risk areas and as backup for the appointed first aider it is ideal in the fact that it takes little time and can be completed online, it also covers all the basics needed.
The programme is stable whilst in use, and is easy to use for the older computer user

Brief introduction to first aid and workplace knowledge of first aid. Excellent, quite essential stepping stone for first aid!
