A good clear and concise piece of training, visual and verbal to allow for double the training impact. I would recommend this course, A possible consideration could be to include that mobile phone coverage, even if out of credit the ambulance service can still be reached.
Very simple and straight forward process although I think the test could/should have been more challenging

The training was well done and easy to follow. The speaker was very clear and covered the subject extremely well. I now know what is expected of me as the First Aid Appointment Persons role.
