I am not sure that I'll be a FAAP as I'm a homeworker but the course was informative.
4/5 given because 5/5 would not leave room for improvements [had expected deeper information]
From my previous qualification in first aid there are some differences I noticed.
I initially answered the question "what to do if the condition of your casualty changes" incorrectly. It suggested a link to review that section of the training again, but that link took me back to a section about dealing with casualties during Covid 19 and did not provide an indication of the correct answer for that question.
Good information and useful
An enjoyable course for those who do not have any First-Aid qualifications and h3lpful as a reminder to those who do.
Q. Why should personal data in completed accident records be kept confidentially? Answers RIDDOR / GDPR / In the book. Why is this question relevant for First Aid? All we need to know is it needs to be locked away - why is the governing body relevant - does that change what you as a first aider needs to do?
The video's on the course were perfect, however one question was ambiguous in asking about arrangements, when it meant what should. This can be improved upon

To make the course better, it would be good to have an opportunity to go back and re-try questions you failed on, in order to achieve 100%.
