the information provided is excellent, but the practical information is mostly within the last 10 slides. This is really the most pertinent information but is all towards the end. I appreciate that it runs in a sensical order i.e from the beginning of the ' fire situation' until the end but if there was a way to balance/ spread this it could be more user friendly. It can be difficult to take in that much important information all at once.

good for an on line course should be backed up by some practice experience
This took longer than the 40 minutes expected. I feel it would benefit from having more questions throughout the video information sections, as well as at the end. The change of presenters was a little distracting. One woman presented about 90% of the content but then two others came in about 2/3 of the way through. It was fine otherwise.

Nothing beats when we did the practical session using the extinguishers. But for an online course, this is very good. a bit lengthy for me. But the extinguisher section was very informative and the test at the end, makes sure you recall it all. Overall worthwhile!
