i found the format particularly annoying. why are there 58 separate clips?? why can't it be in 5 sections? there is already the ability to pause and go back.i have no intention of tackling any fire after only having watched a video and despite all the warnings to only do things if confident there is an implied expectation that you now can/should do these things.

I think we need more update on our specific building that we work in and making sure everyone knows what to do in that building and making sure any new or agency staff have to read before shift so they know the situation

Clear instruction via the actors in the video and I liked the demos for the different fire extinguishers. I did find I had to pause and rewind sometimes as it went a little fast for me, but I was taking notes at the same time.

I found it frustrating following all the videos rather than reading the information at my own pace. I would have preferred some videos/some text. Rather than learning at the slow pace of the video

Think what would actually be better is to put it into 1 video or take some videos out as some of them are already on the fire and fire extinguisher courses so unnecessary to watch the same videos 3 times in a row.

The course could have been held in a group session. Where we could seen how small fires could have been tackled.

The videos were very slow to load and kept on buffering. I have not experienced this from sites such as Facebook and YouTube.

Although the training was interesting and informative, it was too long. Having to remember the answers for the test proved to be a challenge for me as the information was alot and it took too long to complete.
