Generally fine good level of detail regards nature of fire and spread and fire extinguishers

i felt that the information provided by the fire warden training was very down to earth and easy to understand, and i felt that the videos helped to explan the material well.

I've looked at many different fire training and fire marshal courses and yours is the best I've found. Whilst it is a little tedious and long winded in areas (particularly the presenters/firemen) it does cover all the necessary topics for office type businesses. From the final test it was good to see that the majority of points were absorbed and hopefully will be complied with in the future.

The Fire warden Training Programme was very interesting and enjoyable to learn from. When doing my final test I felt that all the questions had been covered thoroughly in the training programme and feel competent to do my duties as a fire warden for Nacro. I took extensive notes during the training and have built a fire warden file that I can use as a refresher throughout the year. My only comment for improvements would be that when I went in to resourses to print off some info to help and use as a future reference I was told that the resourses were not available. On completion of the end test it would be really useful to have a print out of the training pages to use as a reference / refresher.

I found the training easy to follow and understand, I was able to go back over a section if I needed to, to make sure I had fully understood it before moving onto the next section. I was able to complete the training at my own pace.

I didn't realise that there was so much to understand about fire and in particular fire safety. Of particular interest was the section on human behaviour.

Again it was easy to follow and anything I got wrong in the test I could go back and see where I had gone wrong.

Once the programme was fully working it was informative and an easier way to learn about Fire Risks & Safety rather than sitting in a seminar listening to someone for hours on end, as it enabled you to go through the test at your own pace.

VERY GOOD DELIEVERY OF INFORMATION COMBINING VIDEO AND PICTURES, WOULD BE HELPFUL TO PERHAPS HAVE THE QUIZ AT THE END OF EACH SECTION... GOOD TO KNOW THAT ONE CAN REVISIT THE TRAINING PROGRAMME TO REFRESH AT ANYTIME

It does the job. One element that would be useful would be a printout of the extinguishers you would use for the different situations (the matrix table)
