It would be more helpful to have a test at the end of each stage. I had to keep coming back to the training to be able to fit it in. I would not have the time to complete this training in one go. It is a very important subject and we don't want staff to feel overwhelmed with the content. Thank you.
It was a good module, but may be too in depth for our needs as a small residential home for 12 young people. I prefer the content in Fire Safety in Education.

Really good advise
The course is informative and important to all staff.
I found the training helpful but also raised a few questions that the course could not answer. It would be useful to have training with a tutor within a group setting so I could have raised my concerns that fit within my workplace as a independent living accommodation as a warden.
the course is great for a first time has a Fire Warden but a bit long when you have completed it several times. is there any way it could be reduced by removing some of the long videos.
Lengthy course but one that covered all the basics around the role of the fire Marshall. Highlighted the key areas of the role, documentation required, pieces of equipment, and legislation that links into fire safety. Helpful section on risk assessment and fire action planning.
The course was informing and the information l have learnt will be very helpful in my job role.
The layout of the course content was really good for an online course, the videos were short but interesting and the knowledge checks and additional information following the videos were very useful
