Videos were good of how to how to use the extinguishers overall a good course.

Very good course easy to follow

sadly the fire video link doesn't work and you aren't able to cut and paste the link either. My mistake on one question - gutted.

This is a mandatory course and one that is necessary to keep staff and service users as safe as we can possibly make the home in which they live and we work,training is the key to this

Although informative the course was too long and I lost my concentration after 40 minutes. Maybe one hour would suffice.

I found the training informative and easy to navigate, but is it necessary for such a lot of videos

I found it quite difficult to set time aside to complete the course and had to keep returning to it as I hadn't realised how lengthy it would be. Probably doesn't help when keep being interrupted though it was interesting and I feel like I have gained knowledge in completing the course
