A couple of the videos were a little to long and I found my concentration drifting!
My surname is incorrect on my certificate, its STEWART , not steward ,please can you correct it, thankyou.
Interesting course, bit too long in my opinion. Is not really applicable where I work or my job role as I'm a lone night worker.
The training was reasonably broad for different settings; however, it has left me and other team members with lots of questions re the role within our setting.
Course is good but far to long may be better if it was in bite size pieces with test after each part

The course is useful and relevant and useful to my role, however, too many slides made it extremely hard to pass it. I don't know if it's designed to be so.
Informative although some sections were very long and the course had to be completed over a few sessions due to time constraints on the ward during working hours.
