The course is very detailed but believes the certification should be for 3 years not yearly and just a refresher training done in individual homes with fire safety online.

The course was good alot of information however this is alot to process in one go and feel that once begin the course have to complete as doesnt seem to be option to save progress. This would be good as a manager or leader have time to leave course as a priority could arise to then go back with saved progress. As a lot of time to allocate to course it communicates course 78 minutes it took me nearly three hours to complete. Watching all videos the training is essential for compliance and understanding is essential felt alot information to process in one go. Fire wardens arent necessarily going to be managers and leaders could be team members this would be alot for them to process.

Having 1 or 2 minute clips would be a good idea if you didn't have 101 of them to view, it is a lot to take in in one go and i found myself fatigued by the end and less likely to be absorbing the information as i should. It would have been better had it been less focused on residential/nursing homes as those of us who care in supported living have a different set up completely. There are many types of care settings and as a "one size fits all" course this was somewhat lacking in what was relevant to those of us who work outside of a residential/nursing home.

101 slides is far too many.

3 stars because of apparent fault on slide 97/101 - which I have reported separately

Says it take 78mins to do course (not including the test), actually took nearer to 2hrs to listen to 101 slides, felt it was far too long!
