I get that this stuff is mandatory, but it's a banal mix of stuff we know already with stuff we'll soon forget .... I guess if even a little bit of it 'lands' that could genuinely make a difference in an emergency.
I would find an actual fire drill practice on site very beneficial to accompany this online course.
Breathing through only your nose, while this may stop some particles it is not advisable to breath through only your nose, so this question is one that were questionable, the recommended course is to use cloth or some other barrier like your clothing over your mouth and nose and breath through both or alternate if your not able to cover them.

This is of course important training, but takes much longer than the specified 30 minutes to complete in full.
Despite being too long - it is a very informative course and I learned a lot
