Its good if you've never done similar (although VERY repetitive), but just sucking eggs otherwise.Should be an option to skip straight to the questions, and not sit through 30 minutes of shite you already know

Was unable to re take test

It was ok but the video seemed very condescending and repetitive

The information is obviously essential but please give people the option of just reading it in order to take the test. Having to sit through a video which lasts five times as long as it takes to read the transcript is immensely frustrating and is more likely to make people switch off than take extra notice - like a bad PowerPoint where the presenter reads out every word on the slide. We are lucky enough to live in a society where most people are able to read (who knew?), so maybe acknowledge that.

There’s to much information given in one go. As someone who has dyslexia I struggle with terms such as convection and conduction as get them muddled. That’s not to say I answered in correctly. Just that I got the names confused

It was really good that the person was clear when speaking and there was good pictures and examples, and you can repeat the video. However, there is a lot of information to remember when you are not involved in this area.

an example is having to sit through many examples of how to remove the safety tab & pin from each & every extinguisher when it is the same process each time, Its easy to be distracted, no real time to take notes unless you want to pause or replay the videos again & again. I found it too easily to be distracted from the presentation, maybe thats my self discipline, however in previous times I have scored 100% on courses, with this particular one I scored 85% purely by rushing answers to finish the course as I found it personally painful

I'm a little concerned with the advice in using fire extinguishers in this course (sections 31 & 32). I realise that you say (basically) don't have a go if too risky. BUT...Advice from other official sources say:- " You should NOT USE a fire extinguisher if you have NOT been properly TRAINED, unless the fire extinguisher is to be used as an aid to escape" and " Fire extinguishers should NEVER be used by someone with no training."This is not discussed in 31/42. Section 32/42 is inadequate as an extinguisher training course.Needs reviewing and possibly updating.
