I thought the course was very well explained in the training videos and easy to follow.
This was a very informative, practical course explaining step by step, clear instructions on how to react to different circumstances in the event of a fire. A final, printable sheet on the outline of this course would be useful to keep on file.
Takes you through things slowly and concisely, with the odd question in between to make sure you are paying attention 😊 Good demos I thought, as most people wouldn't have a clue how to use a fire extinguisher, as they have never used one...including me.

I found the course very easy to follow. It was particularly good being able to read as well as listen to it.
The most informative fire safety course I've ever taken. Particularly good on explaining the types of extinguishers to be used on what types of fire.
I can only say that the course is beneficial and easy to follow. The content is good and worth thr effort in taking the course.
