The course was concise, visual with someone talking to you rather than just reading slides - I found it more easy to follow and hopefully more easy to remember.
Easy to follow and seeing diagrams and short example videos are a much better way for someone to remember things.
Although reasonably simple, there are places where the amount of confusing detail is hurried over and the learner left bemused. for instance, the different types of fires (which are given letters for no apparent reason and arbitrarily) and the uses and types of extinguishers which still pass me by quite glibly
After working in the Fire Service for 34 years I found the Training:Very user friendly Easy to digest and understand Inclusive Great visuals and graphics The right length in duration Good terminology Not too technical Accurate
I enjoyed the course and liked the way it was split into sections with a short summary at the end of each one. It was interesting and informative.
