My only negative comment is that the woman hosting the training speaks a little bit to fast.
In found this on-line course as perhaps 1 of the best I have taken part in. Easy to follow and easy to complete, I enjoyed the learning.

Each image/video/visual effect helped with remembering the key facts. It was succinct and very visual. The questions along the way helped to solidify knowledge and the test at the end was relevant to the learning.
