Good use of repetition, helpful examples to support good practice in real life. Engaging and easy to follow.

Course was very informative and clear to understand, I feel that the E-Learning is a better course structure than class based courses as its less intimidating and can be completed at your own pace.

We should do a practical on this course

Its a good course it gives people a understanding of what to do when being confronted by a fire and what the correct equipment they need to use to tackle it and the procedures thy neet to take if doing so

Easy to follow

I found that the demonstration of the different fire extinguishers was very enlightening and I did not realise that there are so many different types of fire to be put out using the range of different extinguishers The warnings about smoke as the main type of killer in a fire was very sobering, as I find the smell of smoke atmospheric. It took away the different types of misconceptions about fires, as we used to play with fires in our back garden.The warnings were quite clear about what to do and what not to do in case of fire. The facilitator was really good, explaining about what each section was all about. The diagrams were explained skilfully.

Undertook this course as part of a training course from my employer, it worked really well as a refresher for my existing knowledge.

It should help all staff know what to do in a real situation of a fire.

Highly recommended for a training course for people with limited experience.
