My access to the course does not have sound, so the picture effects lose their value while reading the text option

It did raise a couple of questions which would have been beneficial to have briefly covered in the training. When you disclude from a meeting because they are disruptive or difficult because of their mental health issues, is that being discriminate? Just clarification on this would have been helpful.

I thought the course was very detailed and gave you a lot of information and again gave you a good insight and reminder of people in the workplace. The only consideration is that you say the course is only 35/40 mins duration it actually takes a lot longer to listen and digest the information provided to achieve passing the test at 100%. I liked the questions in between the training. The test at the end was too long and had a few trick questions in - very frustrating if you got one wrong as you would have to go back to the appropriate place and then skip the slides you didn't require. Managing expectations of time and using an average of 45 mins could be improved going forward. Also made me think that currently in the workplace they currently do not utilize peoples skill set and this could be improved going forward to get the best out of the team.

Comprehensive and easy to follow. Appropriate use if graphics and helpful summary at the end of each set of slides.

INTERESTING

Very clear presentation, particularly considering it is online training. Strong explanation of the law but also of the benefits of equality and diversity. There was one slightly conflicting message at the end that advised you to treat people in a way that is 'right for them' but also that is 'how you would like to be treated'. Those are not necessarily the same thing. But overall I thought it was very good.
