The course gave me a lot of information about the meaning of words frequently used , such as discrimination , protected characteristics , harassment & bullying & victimisation .
it good to know thing in your work place and this tranning dose help you to do thing better in your work place
Some of the questions were a little confusing.
Not entirely clear but I think you have implied someone who is transgender 'changes their gender' rather they are not the gender they were assigned at birth. Not all trans people will describe their experience as 'changing gender'. Some may transition socially or physically... But their gender will remain the same and the transition may make it more inline with how others and/or they perceive themselve. I'm just cautious because many cis people may assume that someone has changed their gender when thats often not what is occuring. It may be best to rephrase the test question or chose a different one entirely.
A challenged exercise but inspiring indeed to be able to participate in !
A very short and informative course which helps reinforce existing knowledge.
I appreciate the aim of training but it could have been better to take the online training when employee is not loaded with jobs to do on the daily basis, and have much time to focus on the presentation to absorb and gain more understanding without hurrying as her/his time is needed for the daily task.
