Very interesting especially as this topic is constantly updating as society evolves
A really good overview with explanations of EDI - very thought provoking and like the 60 second reflections which help to remind us to try to imagine how others feel. Enjoyed the course.
Easy to understand and the breaks were quite refreshing too because they gave me time to digest and understand the modules. I also learned what I have been doing wrong and will definitely implement the 60 seconds "reflection" going foward.
I enjoyed the course, and refreshed knowledge that I had known previously, but will be useful in my role.
I have just realised that we make alot of simple mistakes at work place and never understand that it has ripple effect effect to workmates. We do so because we dont have an idea on how to behave when working as a group.I have learnt to behave and relate to different people without having any problem. I will put in practice the knowledge I have learned here and improve productivity at my work place.
A good reminder to be more aware of and celebrate the differences on society and the workplace.
The course has consolidated my current knowledge an added a couple of new insights into this subject. I really appreciated hearing about practical improvements that are all work place approach, starting from myself. The 60 second exercise is a really simple and reflective tool for reframing and challenging my stereotypes in order to create supportive workplace culture. The comparison of being a thread to make a company 'fabric' to shape communities really resonated with me. Thank you.
